COMPLAINTS

Number of cars disappeared from the system.

Some devices are recorded with different plate numbers than they
are installed in. (For example volvo plate number: 852 ‫)ط ه ص‬
Some devices are sending large number of SMS.
There were 2 devices stopped working due to water.

LAST SLIDE.

The reason for disappearing cars from the system that those cars
didn’t work for 2:3 months therefore ETIT remove them from the
system.
The reason for this problem is the poor communication between
the two sides to update the information of the cars and devices.
Maybe those devices were set-up with old geofences and speed
limits that were always broken therefore continuous sms were
sent.
It could be from various problems unknown for now.
TEXT REQUESTS

Monthly report with the directions of all cars.

Prepare the reports with codes numbers for each car.
Update plates numbers on the system.
Send alerts when any car disappears from the system (Weekly
alerts).
Record the renewal dates of each car license on the system to be
alerted before the date.
Geofence and speed limits needs to be updated (due for today:
send the existing geofences and speed limits).
