1. What could have been done by the owners of Jebea to prevent the situation from happening?
Jebea needs to focus on beefing up its security by adding protective measures like encryption
and authentication, especially since their educational app is used by kids who might not be
aware of online risks. If there's a security breach, Jebea should tighten security against hackers,
quickly notifying authorities and parents to keep the children using the app safe. Knowing that
hacking threats are bound to happen, Jebea should plan ahead, providing both quick fixes and
long-term solutions to handle and reduce the impact of security issues on their operations.

2. How can SWOT, TOWS, and Pestel analysis address the threats that befell on Jebea?
Jebea, through SWOT, TOWS, and PESTEL analyses, ensures its app meets the standards for both
parents and students, offering an easily accessible platform for effective learning in today's
technology-driven era. The SWOT analysis identifies and addresses vulnerabilities, particularly in
security, vital for building and maintaining user trust. TOWS analysis aids in refining user
interaction, services, and learning from past mistakes, while PESTEL highlights the impact of
political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors on Jebea's
communication, user safety, and compliance with laws.

3. Think of one (1) technopreneurial enterprise that gives prime value on the safety of their
client’s purchases, data, and privacy. How do you think your chosen technopreneurial
enterprise protect its clients’ information?
- For me, that one technopreneurial enterprise in the Philippines that prioritizes the safety of their
clients' purchases, data, and privacy is "PayMaya." PayMaya is a leading digital financial services
provider in the Philippines, offering a wide range of services such as online payments, money
transfers, and digital wallet solutions. Furthermore, there are many ways how PayMaya protects
its clients' information and that is through encryption, secure authentication, compliance in data
privacy laws, regular security audits and updates, and customer’s education and awareness. By
implementing these measures and continuously improving their security protocols, PayMaya
demonstrates a strong commitment to protecting the safety and privacy of their clients'
purchases and data.
