MY COMMUNITY

Our responsibility in our community is to simply live in harmony and with

responsibility as a resident. Nestled between the Cagayan River and the Macajalar Bay, Cagayan
de Oro City offers its inhabitants a stunning natural backdrop. There are plenty of things to
explore throughout my years here. The kind and welcoming attitude of the residents in this city
has earned it the title of "City of Golden Friendship". People from a variety of religious
backgrounds, including Christianity, make up the community. Islam and other minority religions
contribute to our city's unique and welcoming culture, which I find incredibly endearing.
