creativity, every post has thousands of favorite interactions; But when ordering
food, they choose other apps because of the outstanding and practical benefits in
terms of cost, vouchers, number of restaurants...
Therefore, a good, impressive communication campaign is not necessarily enough to
make customers choose your brand among thousands of competing brands out there.
