Job Title: Recruitment Lead - Implementation Partners

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Full Time/ Night Shifts only – EST Time Zone
SALARY- Depending upon experience.

We are actively seeking to hire an experienced Recruitment Lead in the US Staffing process to
join our successful team in the Zirakpur Location.

Job Description

Responsibilities

1. 4 to 5 years of experience in US STAFFING worked in all domains / IT/NON-


IT/Pharma/BFSI/ Engineering for Implementation Partners like TCS, Infosys,
Cognizant, LTIMindtree and others.
2. Strong experience in especially Corp to Corp-to-Corp recruitment
3. Experience working with Direct Clients and Full time requirements
4. In-depth knowledge for visa candidates including H1b, H4-EAD, L2-Ead, L2S, J2-
EAD, I-140, and visa petitions.
5. Strong experience working on SI/IP clients including IT, Manufacturing,
Engineering, and health care.
6. Experience in managing full life cycle of the Recruitment Process
7. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submissions
8. To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed
with operations and other key stakeholders.
9. Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss
requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers,
hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.

Desired Skills

1. Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.


2. Should have worked on all types of positions - Contract, Contract to hire (C2H), and
Full-Time/Permanent position.
3. Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
4. Should be self-motivated and has to be a team player.
5. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
6. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
7. We are looking for an experienced recruitment leader who is also a hands-on contributor.
8. Proactive, just-in-time recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
