Plenty of space in the room for equipment and it looks a lot like a studio. The only problem is the
main lights in there are all tungsten and look terrible on camera. But I’ll be bring a bunch of my
own lights so it will look nice in there.

It’s a music studio so it naturally has some
sound deadening for ideal acoustics.

Power Information Solutions:

13amp power sockets all around the room

Plenty to trip on. A lot of lights around to knock High vis tape around the room
into.

Production Schedule (Tuesday 5th March)
Time What’s Happening
8:45 – 9:15 Gather all the equipment in the TV studio where
I’ll be testing the equipment
9:15 – 10 Set up the vision mixer and cameras
troubleshooting any problems
10 – 11 Set up my lights according to my plan and make
any adjustments necessary to make it look as
nice as possible. As well as setting up a mic to
record a test shoot to watch back later and get
some last minute feedback for any changes I
need to make.
11 – 11:30 Record the test shoot
11:30 – 12:30 Show the test shoot to a few peers to get any
feedback
12:30 – 13:30 Lunch
13:30 – 14:00 Pack all the equipment up and bring to
classroom to do equipment checks
14:00 – 14:15 Equipment checks
14:15 – 14:30 Grab Toms car and bring to outside the
classroom
14:30 – 14:45 Load up the car and take it to the music studio
14:45 – 15:00 Unload equipment into the music studio
15:00 – 16:15 Set up vision mixer, cameras, sound equipment,
lights + rendezvous with Steve
16:15 – 16:35 Record Live Sessions with Steve Morano
16:35 – 17:00 Pack down and load back into car to be put
away in the morning on Wednesday
