TOPIC 2: YOUR FITNESS AND EATING HABITS

Hello, My name is Hoang. I am 18 years old. I come from Hanoi . My major is Digital
Marketing. Now I would like to talk about my fitness and eating habits. I have a good shape and
strong because I have regular eating and exercise habits. The sports I play to stay in shape are
soccer and running. I often play soccer every Saturday night and running every morning. I play
soccer and run in my hometown. It takes me 30 minutes to it. I play sports with my friends. I play
it because it is my favorite sport. In addition, I occasionally play badminton with friends. I eat
healthy food to stay in shape. I eat a lot of vegetables and drink a lot of water during the day. I
avoid eating fatty foods and drinking carbonated drinks. One problem with unhealthy eating is
that I often eat fast food and I need to improve it. Thank you for your listening!
