2. Morning briefing at 10:50am Sharp (10mins), *missing 2 morning briefing in a month is strictly prohibited. 3. Job post needs to be done on daily basis (min 15 job post) SS needs to be shared to BM. 4. Self-Lead generations needs to be done 60% self 40% company. 5. Lunch break is for 30 mins, (Only 2 employees are allowed together) 6. Only one member is allowed to go for a break at a time (Outside). 7. A minimum of 2-3 walk-ins is must in a day. (Zero 0 walk-in for consecutive 2 days won’t be tolerated disciplinary action will be taken 8. Leave Should be applied a day prior for approval, same day leave will not be approved. (mail should be done to HR and SRM for approval keeping MD in CC) 9. Leave more than one day for health issue need medical document from MBBS or General Physician prior joining back. 10.No narcotic substance (chewing of tobacco) is allowed in the office premises, if found action will be taken. 11.Grooming should be maintained as per company standard. (Dirty shirt, untidy hair, beards, unpolished shoes should be taken care) 12.Each BDO should have at least 5 Facebook accounts, 5 Gmail accounts for business purposes and job posting. 13.Day End & Month End reports need to be shared before 05:30pm. 14.Debriefing needs to be attended before ending the day (discussion of the same day performance and projection for next day). 15. NO CHIT-CHAT or GOSSIPING on the floor (Silence should be maintained in the floor at all times).
