Note: 1) Candidates who appeared for the C-20, V Semester regular examinations
(with PIN starts with 21xxx) during Oct/Nov’2023 are not eligible to appear for
the Apr/May’2024 V semester (Batch – II) regular examinations.

2) Candidates who were admitted into C-16 scheme diploma courses in the
academic year 2016-17 (with PIN starts 16xxx) are not eligible to appear for the
Apr/May’2024 examinations.

Please note that Apr/May’2024 examination is the last chance for the
candidates admitted into C-16 scheme diploma courses in the academic year
2017-18 (with PIN starts 17xxx).

3) Candidates who were admitted into Pharmacy ER-91 scheme in the academic
year 2018-2019(with PIN starts 18xxx) are not eligible to appear for the
Apr/May’2024 examinations.

Apr/May’2024 examination is the last chance for the candidates admitted

into Pharmacy ER-91 scheme in the academic year 2019-20 (with PIN starts
19xxx).

NOTE:

1. Acceptance of examination fee does not provide any right to the

candidate to demand for the issue of hall ticket.

2. Detailed Time table of examinations shall be communicated in

due course.

3. Examination fee must be paid through payment gateway i.e.

Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking for all Diploma
subjects, using Desktops/Laptops. Do not use the Mobile
Phone for Payments.

4. The dates mentioned at serial No. VII & VIII are the dates by
which the board should receive the inputs.

5. Fee once paid will not be refunded or adjusted under any

circumstances.

6. A student, who is not eligible and appeared the examination

due to any other reason, shall forfeit the examination Fee paid,
and his/her examination will be cancelled.

7. The URL for online fee payment module is

https://sbtet.ap.gov.in for the students studying in the
Polytechnics in Andhra Pradesh.

8. Candidate can download the hall ticket one week before the
commencement of examination.

9. No candidate is allowed into examination hall to write the

exam after 15 minutes of commencement of examination.

10. Please note that “ Those who appeared for the C-20 Scheme V
SEMESTER R E G U L A R examination (with pin starts with
21xxx) during O C T /NOV’ 2023 are not eligible to appear
for V Semester (Batch-II) APR/MAY’ 2024 regular
examinations”.
 11. Candidates who were admitted into C-16 scheme diploma courses in the
academic year 2016-17 (with PIN starts 16xxx) are not eligible to appear
for the Apr/May’2024 examinations.
Please note that Apr/May’2024 examination is the last chance for the
candidates admitted into C-16 scheme diploma courses in the academic
year 2017-18 (with PIN starts 17xxx).

12. Candidates who admitted into Pharmacy ER-91 scheme in the

academic year 2018-2019 (with PIN starts 18xxx) are not eligible
to appear for the Apr/May’2024 examinations.

Apr/May’2024 examination is the last chance for the candidates

admitted into Pharmacy ER-91 scheme in the academic year
2019-20 (with PIN starts 19xxx).

13.All the principals are requested to instruct the concerned

HOD’s to verify the Hall Ticket by considering all the
parameters thoroughly before signing.
