Handyman. The complete Solution consists of a User App, Service Provider App, and
Admin Dashboard. Admin Dashboard is a web-based panel where you can manage
and monitor the complete activity of app users & Service Providers.

Step 1: User Sign-Up

The work flow of the Apporio Handyman starts with User App.
User can create his detailed profile, Service Offering and Availability & Time slots
to be booked from user app.

Step 2: Booking Service

The application detects customer location automatically while customer can
change location, Customer selects a Service Provider category, browse Service
Providers in selected location.
Customer can select the service he wants.
Customer has option to Book Service Now and Book Later.
As soon as the customer makes the booking request, it goes to the concern
Service Provider.
Customer can view all his bookings in my booking section, he can view his
bookings, cancel / reschedule booking from my booking section. In case of
rescheduled booking Service Provider will get intimated about new schedule.

Step 3: Ratting and Reviewing

On Completion, service provider will upload the photos of service he has done.
On Completion, Customer gets an option to submit rating for the Service
Provider.
The rating gets average out and shows on the Service Providers profile in the
app. The rating for Service Provider remains visible on Admin Panel as well.

Step 1: Sign-Up

Using mobile number email id (optional) and User id, Full Address, City, Country.

Attachments Required For Verification:

Provider Picture /Profile Picture
National ID Card Picture if require
If he receives approval from the admin, he can start offering the services.
If the admin rejects his registration, he can reapply with other additional
documents.
When admin approves the profile.
So, the Existing provider will add the Credential and use the app

Step 2: Add Service Details

Provider should create profile with personal details & add the services he wants to
provide through the app like:

Step 3: Manage Availability

Provider can manage his availability from the app with:
Offline Mode – With this provider will not receive any services from the
customer
Online Mode –Provider will receive a request from the customer

Step 4: Receive Request

Here, the provider will receive in two forms:

Automatic Assign: Here any nearby provider who is available can get the
request
Accept the request and he will get details of customer’s service location and
also able to see his location on map (Map Integration)
Reject the request and get back to the Home page

Manual Assign: If a customer has any favorite provider and he can send the
request to him as well
With every new request, service provider will get the one security code which he
needs match the customer’s code for authentication

Step 5: Track the customer Location

When the provider accepts the service, he can see the customer address on the
Google map. Through this, he can track the address and reach on time.

Step 6: Start & End the service

Once the service provider finishes the job, the user will send a job complete
notification with a comment and a picture of the job completed to the service
provider.

Step 7: Rating & Reviews

Providers will receive the notification about reviews and rate given by the
Customers.
