4. Closing prayer.

Min 1. 01/10/2023: Opening prayer.

The opening prayer was led by sports secretary who thanked God for the life we have and
requested him to guide us in each and every decision through the journey of our regime.

Min. 2. 01/10/2023: Communication from,

(a) Guild representative councilor.

He started by welcoming executive in the new semester and from holidays.

In regards to semester he Enlighted members that this semester is short and again last one in
service therefore we need to push early.

He also requested members to be active in their departments without fail by having it in mind
that cooperation is the key,

(b) Chairperson.

He greeted members and thanked God for giving him a chance to lead Mandela hall.

He appreciated the executive for the work done without fail in the previous semester and
requested God to keep on blessing them.

He then advised members to perform their duties as they were embraced by fellow students that a
lot is expected and promised to co-operate in each and every issue concerning Mandela.

In his speech also listed the activities to take place this semester that was freshers orientation,
general cleaning day, porridge night, beach party among others and requested members to react
and see how to handle.

Finally, he wished members successful semester as solidarity is being portrayed.

in regards to activities general secretary requested executive to have dates scheduled and was
agreed by executive.

Health suggested general cleaning to take place on 26th and executive agreed.

Grc suggested to have porridge night towards elections in order to ease mobilization.

In regards to beach party and porridge night chairperson concluded that we shall discuss their
dates in coming meeting.

Internal secretary requested members to help him in his department since he has many activities
to handle.

This was led by Hon. Kato and requested God to provide us wisdom, strength and knowledge in
each and everything we do and to bless the executive for better services.
