TopHire was founded by Sameer Parwani (Prev. Founder of CouponDunia) and Siddharth Gopi
(Prev. Product Manager at Crowdfire)
With offices in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore, we are a team of 200+ (as of Jun 2022) that works
hard and parties harder.
Technology is our driving force and is at the core of everything we do!

⚙Our Model
TopHire.co is an online recruitment marketplace for the top 2% of tech talent in India.

➛ On the Candidate Side: Every 2 weeks, a fresh batch of software engineers, product
managers & data scientists are put on showcase. Each candidate is handpicked by our team to
ensure that they are 1) great at what they do & 2) ready to interview.

➛ On the Employer Side: Companies get access to a dashboard where they browse detailed
Candidate Profiles & send out interview requests to the ones they like. Plus, they get a dedicated
Account Management team to schedule & coordinate their interviews. They pay only if they hire!

Are we a consultancy?
No. We’re a tech startup. Tech is at the center of everything we do. The core product is an
online recruitment marketplace (i.e. somewhat like a naukri, iimjobs, etc) which is very different
than the core product of a consultancy. Additionally our founders have tech backgrounds. We
are disrupting the tech hiring space with an innovative and much needed product.

As with most products, an added personal touch goes a long way towards customer success.
TopHire is no different and hence we are building out our client and candidate facing teams with

Where are our offices?

You can choose to work from our Mumbai (Goregaon West) office, Bangalore (Indiranagar)
office, Delhi (Connaught Place) office or you can work from home (WFH) permanently.
Hybrid is also possible.

Do you allow permanent remote / work-from-home?

Yes we are supportive of people choosing to work from home permanently. In fact, a large
percentage of our team is spread across India and works remotely.
We’re also big fans of hybrid. If you live in Mumbai, Bangalore or Delhi we believe that you
have a lot to gain from working from office at least occasionally and would encourage you to do
so.

The only time we are against WFH is if there are performance issues that we feel would be
better addressed if you were in office.
