benefit of nation and state development.

A good education management control system can be seen through the teachers at the Education
Foundation itself. The school is one of the capable institutions that is expected to produce highly
qualified human resources and is supported by high teacher competency. The importance of
organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) cannot be overstated when it comes to school
organizations as it is a sensitive issue, OCB relates to work-related behavior that goes beyond what
is stated in the employee's job description. One important aspect of OCB is the establishment of
relationships between subordinates and their direct superiors, which leads to the emergence of
various organizational activities.
Organizational Citizenship Behavior, both within the individual and organizational sphere, is a
priority concern to respond to the challenges of a dynamic environment and intense competition
in the digital era. Organizations must develop and increase knowledge about the main organization,
namely human resources. Companies must be able to retain quality employees who have high
loyalty to the company. One way to increase employee loyalty is to create a work environment
that is balanced between work and life. In this way, employees will feel more comfortable and
productive at work, thereby improving overall company performance.

Organizational commitment and work-life balance are very important in improving the quality of
human resources in the field of education so that teachers who show a high level of organizational
commitment and have a good work-life balance will display more positive organizational
citizenship behavior and learning organization. which will ultimately have a positive impact on
the quality of education provided. Learning organization itself is a concept where organizations
are considered capable of learning and adapting to changes that occur. Learning organizations can
improve organizational performance and provide benefits for employees and the organization.

commitment to the organization and are able to manage their personal and work lives well will be
more productive at work and will continue to develop their potential at work. Employees who
believe that organizational support if employees receive a high level of acceptance from the
organization, will strengthen their sense of belonging and lead to the development of positive
relationships and perceptions of the organization. Additionally, this research contributes to the
field of organizational behavior, when a teacher is committed to their group, they believe in the
same goals, vision, and mission of the organization, which in turn makes them more motivated
and therefore more productive.
