I. DATOS GENERALES
El presente sílabo aporta a las siguientes competencias del perfil del egresado:

III. SUMILLA
In the actual globalization, the goods in a market economic system, goes through the boundaries. The International Trade Law is very important to the traders
because it regulates the market between the hemispheres. The commerce transactions, their contracts and the rights and obligations owned by the buyers, sellers and
dealers are all inside the Trade Law. The INCOTERMS, as well, are the instruments for the security of the transactions when the goods goes so far as worldwide. So,
the Trade Law also regulates the transporters and de insurance companies. The study of this matter allows the lawyer to take the right decisions in the world of
international commerce as measures of secure the transactions of their clients. The target of this is to secure the commerce operations and prevent the risks of this
actions. So, the better accomplish of the international contracts are the final objective of the matter. The successful of the international business are in the hands of
lawyers that drives the operations of their clients secure and safety in a world in which the commerce operators (buyers, sellers, dealers, transporters and insurance
companies) depends on the perfect knowledge of the rules and the trade law. This matter includes studies about the most important trade organizations like the
WTO and multilateral and bilateral treaties as NAFTA, ALCA, MERCOSUR, European Union, etc.

Only in the final average the fraction equivalent to or greater than 0.5 will be rounded to the next higher digit. 30% of absences disqualifies the student to take the
final evaluation).
The student who for some reason does not take one of the partial exams, may take them in the period of late exams, in case of absence will be graded with zero (00).
The student will have the right to take only one delayed exam. The vigesimal rating scale is used; The minimum passing grade is 11.
