Performing on stage and screen is my biggest passion in life; I’ve appeared on several episodes of ITV’s
Vera and CBBC’s The Dumping Ground and Wolfblood over the past five years, and I am a member of an
amateur dramatics association in Jarrow; our most recent productions pre-lockdown were the musical
adaptation of The Wind In The Willows and the pantomime Jack And The Beanstalk; in both shows I had
minor principal roles as well as performing in the ensemble. I did some voiceover acting work for YouTube
channel Hatsy for her Calliwell Estate series four years ago, which was a lot of fun and something I’d love
to do again given the right opportunity, and have featured as a guest on the fan podcast Gleek of The
Week.
I also enjoy reading fiction novels; my favourite author currently is Jay Kristoff, and I am a naturally artistic
person; I’ve been playing the ukulele since I was fourteen.
I have a TikTok account (@thefullmetalriver) where I cosplay my favourite characters from tv, film, video
games and literature, which has almost 6000 followers and 56k likes in total as of January 2023.

Work Experience
September 2021 - Present Senior Team Member
Greggs
Previously I worked at the first Greggs Drive-Thru in the north east, working in such a busy and fast paced
shop I have been able to learn all elements of working within Greggs between the drive-thru, front shop
counter, bake off ovens and managing how often to put fresh bakes in to cook, and making the sandwiches
in the mornings, applying many of the skills I learned in my previous jobs in this industry. I have recently
transferred to a shop more local to me so that I could do my Senior Team Member training, in which I’ve
been learning new skills and expanding my knowledge.

March 2019 - September 2021 Customer Service Agent

Teleperformance
I worked for multiple campaigns whilst working for Teleperformance, when I left I was working for SSE handling
their inbound smart pay-as-you-go queries. Previous to this I worked on their NHS Digital campaign booking
hospital appointments for patients across the country.

August 2017 – February 2019 Receptionist

Teamsport Karting
Whilst at Teamsport I was trained to work as a marshal, event host and receptionist so that I could take
over any role required without difficulty. Working on the front desk allowed me to assist the event hosts in
running their events before they've even gotten a chance to meet their group. I also helped out the
management team by updating the upsell spreadsheet whenever I can.

May 2017 – July 2017 Trainee Assistant Manager/Sandwich Artist

Subway
At Subway, working as a Sandwich Artist on the grounds that I would eventually train to be the Assistant
Manager, whilst I was there I applied the skills I had previously gained at KFC from working middle of
house to the making of sandwiches.

October 2016 – May 2017 Team Member

KFC

At KFC I took orders on the front counter and on drive-thru using a headset, packed customers’ orders
appropriately, cleaned the restaurant and toilets, and assisted the middle of house with making orders such
as burgers, buckets of chicken and fries.

March 2016 - May 2016 Wait Staff

TGI Friday’s
Working in a restaurant with over 100 staff members really strengthened my sense of teamwork, and time
management, as I had to keep track of how long a guest had been waiting for their food/drinks so that I
could alert a manager if necessary. I was also responsible for running food from the kitchen to guests, and
regularly helped the kitchen by assisting the kitchen porters with the dishes if I finished my side duties
early.

October 2015 – February 2016 Customer Service Agent

Convergys
Working in a call centre helped me develop my phone manner and my verbal communication in general, as
I was talking to customers from all over the country with different issues and queries. I was part of a team of
15 people and we often came to one another for advice when we were stuck with a customer query. This
has strengthened my sense of teamwork and taught me to cooperate with others in a better way.

June 2014 – October 2015 Online Shopper/ Customer Service Assistant

Sainsbury’s
I worked for Sainsbury’s for seventeen months; I worked in the Online department of Sainsbury’s in Kelso. I
was responsible for picking and packing customer’s groceries when they ordered their shopping online.
Since returning to Newcastle I worked as a customer service assistant in my local convenience store. Both
these roles have taught me good time management, and I have developed a keen sense of commercial
awareness.
