I chose theme social media and my topic “Is Social Media Important in Today’s Society” I Chose

this topic because, I want to educate others to see the importance of social media and not just the
negatives that they would have heard about it.

As a student od studying English Language, I hope to improve my summary writing and research
skills. These skills will improve as I analyze data and condense information to fit the target word
limit. To complete my portfolio, I will be using two articles and a video.
