Glue the strands to on the forehead

Gather the hair strands on each side together and tie them into pigtails with mustard yellow yarn

Hair band.
1. Bows : Blue, 22ch, join with an slst to form a ring, 1ch, 3X, W, 3X, W,
X, 4 slsts, X, W, 3X, W, 3X, slst, leave enough yarn to wrap
around the center of the bow.
2. Hair bands: Blue, 60ch, break the yarn.

Glue the bow onto the middle of the hair band. Wrap hair ties around each of the pigtails.
