Phases are used to make sure all Royal Military Police members are well educated on the inner workings
of RMP. When hosting phases, instructors must be on their best behavior, showing discipline and using
grammar at all times, as they are a direct reflection of RMP. Additionally, all phase attendees should show
respect and competence to their instructor. If any attendee is acting immature or disrespectful you may
dismiss them.

3
What to check before starting:
- Make sure the attendee is of the proper rank. (e.g If the attendee is P1 and attending a P2
training, dismiss them)
- Make sure all attendees are in VC as that will be your main line of
communication. - Following proper uniform guidelines.
- They are acting professionally, and are not being immature or trolling.

If an attendee does not follow what is listed above, first give them a warning. If they do not change
their behavior, you may dismiss them from the training.

● Introduction: You shall and must introduce yourself to your attendees:

○ Welcome to your Phase 1: Law Enforcement Regulations. I am [NAME], your
instructor. You shall refer to me as Sir/Ma’am.

● Rules: Next state the rules of the phase:

○ First, we will go over the rules.
○ There will be a 2 Strike system in-place, 1st Strike will be a warning and the next strike
will be removal.
○ You are expected to remain silent unless permitted to speak. If you wish to speak, say
“PTS”.
○ You must listen to every order and instruction or you will face dismissal.
○ You must remain alert. I am expecting you to respond in a timely manner.
○ You must perform and execute orders proficiently and professionally. Failure to do
this will result in a dismissal.
○ Am I understood?

Wait for them to reply with “Yes, Ma’am/Sir!” If someone does not respond within 15 s, dismiss them.
Section 2 - Law Enforcement Regulations (Phase 1)

● Border Policies: Briefly explain what each unit is supposed to do and their purpose at the border:

■ The Special Response Team responds to raids at the gate.

● Border Rules: During this portion, you will line up your attendees and walk them down to the
gate. Here you will:
○ At no point are you able to cross the VIP bridge, the VIP bridge is only able to be crossed
by SRT when a Raider has 30+ kills.

● Units: In this section, you will be explaining to candidates the different units and their roles
within RMP.
○ There are currently five units in the Royal Military Police, each with their own
specific duty.
○ The base unit of RMP is the Mobile Enforcement Unit.
■ The Mobile Enforcement Unit (MEU) Protects the gate of the Academy and
ensures everyone is following the rules and regulations at the PD.
■ They enforce rules like uniform guidelines, admin rules, and general
behavior rules.
○ The two specialized units are the Special Response Team and the Royal Grenadier
Guards. You must try out or be recommended for these units from the Mobile
Enforcement Unit.
■ The Special Response Team (SRT) is an elite team of combatants handling
emergencies and raids at the Academy.
■ SRT is a combat-focused unit and is only made up of the most elite RMP
members.
■ The Royal Grenadier Guards (RGG) mainly focus on guarding certain areas,
HQ, and foreign relations.
■ They are discipline-focused and are made up of only the most disciplined
RMP members.
■ To join the Royal Grenadier Guards you must have completed your
Discipline Training.
○ The two education units are Academy and Recruitment. You must apply for
positions in these units.
■ The Academy Unit focuses on hosting Phases 1-2 and is our teaching unit.

Command could lead to severe consequences like receiving a fire warning or being
exiled.
○ Between contacting officers, be sure to wait 12 hours to give the first officer you
contacted time to respond.
○ Severe matters should be dealt with by a CoP or the XO. However, for minor issues,
you should go to a Unit Staff. If they cannot deal with it then go to the Unit Executive
