SUBJECT : NOTICE OF ASSUMPTION

This is to respectfully inform your level that the undersigned has assumed office
as the first ranking SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN MEMBER of Barangay Anonang of
the Municipality of Valencia, Bohol effective today, at noontime of November 25, 2023,
after having been elected and duly proclaimed to the said position last October 30,
2023, Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Election (BSKE).

This is also to inform that the undersigned has complied with the filing of the
Statement of Contribution and Expenditures with the COMELEC last November 24,
2023, and has duly taken and oath of office as required by the law last November 13,
2023.
