I: Approval of Minutes from Previous Meeting

II: REPORTS
1. The SLAC was emceed by Ma’am Jelyn O. Gale- Araling Panlipunan JHS T-I, it was then started at 2:00
pm by a prayer. It was followed by the singing of our Nationalistic song, Regional Hymn and Escalante
Hymn by all teachers.
2. An opening message was given by Sir Andrew T. Bangay School Principal III. He also gave
Announcements and Reminders to all teachers, and stressed the importance of the SLAC session.
3. Ma'am Jelyn O. Gale introduced the resource speaker which was ma’am Venus T. Baron and Mary hope
A. Dali-an
4. Our guest speakers discusses on how the teachers can utilized the used of Structured Observed
Learning Outcome (SOLO) and higher Order Thinking Skills questions inside the classroom.They had also
share to us the SOLO Models as follows: 1. Free Structural 2. uni-structural 3. Relational 4. Multi-
structural 5. Extended abstract Level.
5. Most of the teacher participants share their insights with regards to the matter being discussed. One of
them was Ma’am Mary Joy Tumabiene, from English Department also Sir Gallego from Mapeh
Department. The teachers, both JHS and SHS were then given on the spot Activity on the Adaptation of the
5 SOLO Models and HOTS in the classroom.
