IDENTIFY FACTORS TO CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING A CAREER.

Description: This is a speaking activity in which the students should work in groups, prepare
a survey (Google forms) share it with the class, analyze and discuss the results and then
report them to the class.

Objective: Apply Academic Speaking Skills: Collaborate with others as a team.

Directions:
1. Work in groups of 5
2. In groups make a survey using google forms. Include questions to find out about
your classmates´ interests and skills. Pay attention to the spelling and grammar.
3. Share your survey with the class (WhatsApp group)
4. In group analyze and discuss the results obtained from the survey. Work as a group
to decide which interests and which skills are common among your classmates.
Summarize your group´s results and report them to class.
5. Write a report presenting the survey and the results.

• Introduction (original work)
• Body (survey, results, and analysis)
• Conclusion
6. Give a brief report of the results, in groups, make a short oral presentation and
record it on video, use Zoom, Google meet or similar. Share the link of the video on
UEDi. Make sure all the members participate. Time: 5 minutes.
7. Upload your written work using PDF format and identify your file as follows:
GROUP #_ ASSIGNMENT # _DATE.
8. Share the link of your video presentation on the platform (Texto en línea) as shown
in the picture below.
