Invitation to comment on RSPO Main Assessment of Felda Global Ventures Plantations Malaysia Sdn
Bhd (FGVPM), Plantation Management Unit – KKS Kalabakan grouping, Lahad Datu, Sabah, Malaysia

Felda Global Ventures Plantations Malaysia Sdn Bhd (FGVPM) has commissioned Intertek Certification
International Sdn Bhd for the assessment and certification of its Plantation Management Unit, KKS
Kalabakan grouping against the requirement of the Roundtable on Sustainable Oil Palm, Principles and
Criteria (RSPO P&C) and in line with the Malaysian National Interpretation (MYNI) and RSPO SCCS for Palm
Oil Mill.

Intertek Certification International plans to conduct the Main Assessment of Felda Global Ventures
Plantations Malaysia Sdn Bhd (FGVPM) Plantation Management Unit, KKS Kalabakan grouping starting from
5 and completing on 9 May 2014

In ensuring that the organization continues to meet RSPO P&C, MYNI, RSPO SCCS for Palm Oil Mill and in
obtaining the feedback, Intertek Certification International Sdn Bhd would like to invite interested parties to
comment on the assessment of Felda Global Ventures Plantations Malaysia Sdn Bhd (FGVPM) Plantation
Management Unit, KKS Kalabakan grouping. The certification unit are located at Kota, Tinggi, Johor

In brief, Felda Global Ventures Plantations (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has been a member of RSPO since 17
October 2004 and is committed to full compliance with the RSPO P&C and full certification in all aspects of its
operations. Felda Global Ventures Plantations (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (FGVPMSB) owns and operates 70 palm
oil mills (Plantation Management Unit) and 416 estates (as per update on April 2013), throughout Malaysia.
Currently, a significant number of its Certification Units is undergoing the RSPO certifying process in
accordance with its time bound plan to achieve RSPO certification for all its plantation certification units by
2017.
