    Why do Women Love Sinetrons or Soap Operas?

    Drama or sinetron on TV change women' s perspective of life, it makes them entertained and
    forget their problems as sinetrons provide them with OMG complicated cases experienced by
    others. Seeing others face difficult and complicated life make women see their own are not that
    OMG and therefore watching sinetron can make them feel relieved. That is why they are willing
    to spend time for watching them, let themselves and even addicted.

    I disagree with that statement.


    Sinetron can be used as entertainment in their spare time but I don't think all women change their
    prespective based on Sinetron. I agree if scene in sinetron has more complicated problems of
    living, but in real life there are also many people who have serious problems so they don't need
    to watch the sinetron and then change their prespective of life. Nowdays, Indonesian sinetron
    content just about romance and problem in the relationship. It cannot motivate us especially if we
    want learn about life.
