What is Recruitment?
Recruitment is a process of hiring a suitable candidate for a suitable position as per our client requirement within
given time frame within the budget provided by the client. (or) Recruitment refers to the overall process of
identifying, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates for jobs within an company / for the
client company. Recruitment can also refer to the processes involved in choosing individuals.
What is staffing?
Staffing is the process of hiring, positioning and overseeing employees in an organization. The selection and
training of individuals for specific job functions, and charging them with the associated responsibilities is called
Staffing.
What is sourcing?
Sourcing is the proactive searching for qualified job candidates for current or planned open positions; it is not the
reactive function of reviewing resumes and applications sent to the company in response to a job posting or pre-
screening candidates
