The Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP), through its Sustainable Human
Development Program (SHDP), is pleased to invite you to the Graduation Ceremony of the
Capability Development Program on Environmental Governance and Management for Resiliency
and Future Readiness of Local Government Units (EnviGM) Batch Pagyabong, which will be held
online via Zoom on March 22, 2024 from 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

After a challenging journey through the four modules of the EnviGM course and the meticulous
preparation of the Change Initiative Proposals, we are delighted to announce that Mr. Sylvester S.
Calderon has successfully completed the course offered by the DAP. The closing ceremony
marks a significant milestone in the scholars' educational journey, highlighting their hard work,
dedication, and remarkable accomplishments.

Your support and guidance have always played a pivotal role in the success of this initiative and it
would be an honor for both the scholars and DAP if you could join us virtually to celebrate this
special occasion. Our distinguished Guest of Honor for the ceremony is the Secretary of the
Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), Ma. Antonia Yulo-Loyzaga.
Additionally, invitations have been extended to other Local Chief Executives, DAP officers and
staff, faculty members of the course, and other special guests who will be in attendance.
