Do you often feel that you can’t cope with all the demands placed on you by your parents, teachers,
friends, and other people? Do you feel that you have no joy in your life anymore and that your
quality of life is suffering? If asked right now how your life has been for the last four weeks, what
would your answer be?
It is a fact that our lives are more rushed than over before in the history of mankind. Therefore, you
have to take charge of your life and draw up a plan to help you cope with all the demands placed on
you. This is called a personal lifestyle plan. It contains details of all the things that you have to do, and
how you will manage to fit it all into the available time. Your quality of life will depend on the choices
you make in different areas of your life.
1.2.2 Provide THREE possible reasons why most young people tend to make unhealthy (3x1) (3)
