AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL

I, MA. ELIZABETH A. RAMOSO, Filipino, of legal age, and a resident of No. 11

Mistletoe Street, Greenland Subdivision, Barangay San Juan, Cainta, Rizal, under oath
do hereby depose and state, that:

1. On February 28, 2024 at around 11:07 A.M., I found out that my Facebook
account under the name of “Ma. Elizabeth Abaca Ramoso” was hacked. I
immediately reported this account as “hacked”;

2. The perpetrator(s) who hacked my account tried to ask, solicit, or borrow

money from all of my Facebook friends and urged them to send this thru the
cell phone No. 09670459241. Unfortunately, some of my friends succumbed
to the hacker(s) ruse and pleas;

3. One of my friends called me and asked if she should send another sum. I told
her that my account was hacked and I was not the one who are
communicating with them;

4. It came to a point that the hackers sent sexual/lascivious pictures and tried to
harass my contacts into submitting to their demands;

5. I hereby attest that the above-fraudulent transactions made by the hackers

are done without my prior knowledge, support, consent and authority and that
the above-different and unknown to the undersigned, hence, vehemently
DENIES the same;

6. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the foregoing

statement for purposes not contrary to law, morals, good custom and public
policy.
