Title: “Workshop Mastering Canva, Google Forms and Automated

Program Description:

Mastering Canva, Google Forms and Automated Forms
Workshop aims to help teacher create simple but engaging
learning materials. On the other hand, this will help non-
teaching to gather data using google forms and drive.
Teacher may assess students’ progress with ease using
automated school forms.

Rationale: The School Learning Action Cell is intended to 21 teachers,

2 non-teaching and 1 School Head of Jose Sanvictores Sr.
National School. Normally when teachers think of designing,
the usual way of creating good design is pretty complex.
Teachers think about of going to long processes, which is
from purchasing the right software, studying the design,
finding some photos, purchasing fonts up until it is ready to
be revised and updated. Having these things in
consideration, Canva company wants to help teachers
create simple but engaging classroom Content which a
plethora of classroom-friendly templates, relevant to
specific learning goals, teachers can create e-Books and e-
Book covers, beautiful presentations for their subjects, class
schedules, worksheets, handouts,
online test papers and posters. On the other hand, this
program wants to help teaching and non-teaching personnel
to create forms, surveys, and quizzes as well as to
collaboratively edit and share forms with other people
online. Educators also may use Google forms to assess their
students at the beginning of the class and gauge pre-
existing knowledge and have paper less exams. This
program also help teacher in filling out school forms via
automated process with ease.
Objectives: The conduct of the LAC session aims to:
1. discuss the basic features of Canva and maximize its
functionality in creating instructional materials.
2. create instructional materials in different formats
using Canva in Education;

forms; and
4. automate the process of filling out school forms.
Target Competencies: All participants can create instructional materials that are
aligned in their lesson and used strategies for providing
timely, accurate and constructive feedback to improve
learner performance.
Key Content: 21st Century Skills and ICT Integration in Instruction and
Assessment Bringing 21st-century skills into the teaching
and learning situation is a central feature of the K to 12
Basic Education Program. Teachers must enrich lessons
with simple integration strategies utilizing Information and
Communications Technology (ICT) that are developmentally
appropriate. Instruction and assessment processes can be
made more collaborative with ICT, which teachers can
implement with the tools with ease.
