Anchor 1: The Land Transportation Office (LTO) is finalizing the guidelines for e-vehicles on

national roads amidst banning policies. E-bikes and e-trikes are to be required to register with the
LTO where only licensed drivers are permitted to use national roads and highways. Drivers that

will operate unregistered will be fined ₱2,500 and their vehicles will be impounded.

Anchor 2: DENR Secretary Toni Loyzaga urged the local government to remain focused on the

resorts violation instead of focusing on whether they received the notice. Manager of

controversial Chocolate Hills resort confessed not being able to acquire environmental

certificate. Loyzaga said that an evaluation of systems and personnel are currently being done as

the department and the LGU has an obligation to monitor the area.

News Presenter: President Marcos had a joint press conference with the Czech Republic’s

President Petr Pavel on Thursday. Marcos stated that it is a continuous process on the defense

cooperation of two nations with inclined ideologies, to preserve peace at the South China Sea.

The leaders spoke about modernization and development of the military forces to the progress of

the defense ministries between the nations. According to Pavel, the governments will discuss

about cybersecurity and the utilization of futuristic technologies.

Sports Presenter: The reigning champion San Miguel Beermen paints conference debut victory

on a tremending fashion warding off Rain-or-Shine Elasto Painters, 109-97 at the Smart Araneta

Coliseum in Quezon City. Beermen erupted in the middle quarter, sealing a bounded conference
opening win against the Elasto Painters. Jericho Cruz drilled double digits to carry the defending

champions leading all throughout the bout. Junmar Fajardo raised lead back to 16 seven minutes

remaining in the quarter, putting the nail on the coffin for their no sweat success.
