The book “I have the right” was written by Reza Dalvand in poetic text and exceptional art
illustrating social issues of the children to the universal rights that are present in the society,
country and to the world.

The books reflect with the growing of children where they encountered with both positive and
negative experiences and challenges. Some of the challenges encountered by the children in
minor stages causes significant stress and anxiety in early hood. The child experiences from
consistent and ongoing care from a loving, nurturing caregiver whether the person is either
parents or others caregiver. The neglect of parental substance abuse is linked with the higher
incidence of parental death and with incidence of abuse. The effects are related with the
socioemotional substance abuse (Rodríguez-Sáez et al., 2021). The indirect way of bulling
children by family members or friends takes the risk of self- inflicted injury, poor self- esteem
and anxiety.

Further, the book stated about the biggest issues that is the rights of children who were unaware
of daily issues like poverty, hunger, lack of access to clean water, death by preventable illnesses,

lack of education, child labour, gender based violence, child marriage, early pregnancy, family
separation, human trafficking, racism, lack of mental treatment, lack of access to justice, lack of
birth registration and so on that counter with defending the challenge not only in the society but
to the whole world. the raise of child poverty had a familiar and painful image, problems of
malnutrition, lack of vaccination and poor health conditions are still plague with many children.
The inclusion of discrimination, violation, abduction, recruitment or use of children in different
field of hospitality or industry, killing and maiming of children, working long hours in dangerous
conditions reflected with examples and stunning illustration speak to children all around the
world (Syafruddin et al., 2021).

In addition, the book includes the rights of children in poetic format with simple and
straightforward with powerful and clear words. It empowers the child issues and flourish in an
appealing with discussion the ideas to ensure child security. it enhanced with building confidence
of the children. Further, it includes the right of name, a nationality, healthcare, nutritious food, an
education, safety, shelter, protection from violence and freedom from discrimination of the
children. It fully described in poetic texts and in understanding of exceptional arts with the rights
of children.

For me, it is one of the fantastic books to discuss about the issues of the children that are related
with society, country and of the whole world. The lived experiences of the children who faced
various issues in different cultures and countries are perfectly empathy with particular rights of
the child that are to be respected or maintained. The issues are related and reflected with the
theory to guide (Muñoz, 2014). The theory directly or indirectly impacted in the child life and
supports with providing dynamic care for the children to maintain balance and function of
children daily activities.
