styles and readiness. They may
teach the same materials to all
students using a variety of
instructional strategies or deliver
lessons at varying levels of
difficulty based on each ability.

This strategy allows for students to


conceptualized their ideas
individually first and then mold or
just their understanding by
discussing in small groups, finally,
the invitation to share with the
whole class creates a welcoming
environment as students have
already had an opportunity to
share and develop ideas in a
private surrounding. This appeals
to students of different levels of
understanding as it caters to
individual needs through the open
sharing ideas.
