theft, illegal access to data and libel.
CYBERSQUATTING
cybersquatting refers to the
unauthorized registration and
use of Internet domain names
that are identical or similar to
trademarks, service marks,
company names, or personal
names.
CYBERSEX

Cybersex can be defined as a


subcategory of online sexual
activity where Internet is used
for sexually gratifying
activities.
CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
It is a form of child sexual
exploitation. Federal law defines
child pornography as any visual
depiction of sexually explicit
conduct involving a minor. Images
of child pornography are also
referred to as child sexual abuse
images.
IDENTITY THEFT
Identity theft occurs when someone
uses another person's personal
identifying information, like their
name, identifying number, or credit
card number, without their
permission, to commit fraud or
other crimes.
LIBEL

a published false
statement that is damaging
to a person's reputation; a
written defamation.
PHISING SCAMS

the fraudulent practice of sending


emails purporting to be from
reputable companies in order to
induce individuals to reveal
personal information, such as
passwords and credit card
numbers.
ONLINE HARASSMENT

the use of information and


communication technologies by
an individual or group to
repeatedly cause harm to
another person. This may
involve threats, embarrassment,
or humiliation in an online
setting.
CYBERSTALKING

is a crime in which someone


harasses or stalks a victim using
electronic or digital means, such
as social media, email, instant
messaging, or messages posted
to a discussion group or forum.
Anti-Child Pornography
Republic Act No. 9775
“Child pornography” refers to any representation,
whether visual, audio, or written combination thereof,
by electronic, mechanical, digital, optical, magnetic or
any other means, of child engaged or involved in real
or simulated explicit sexual activities”
“Child” refers to a person below eighteen (18) years of
age or over, but is unable to fully take care of
himself/herself from abuse, neglect, cruelty,
exploitation or discrimination because of a physical or
mental disability or condition.
it is not only the victim who can file a complaint, but the
parents or guardians, relative within the third degree,
officer or social worker of a licensed child-caring
institution or DSWD, barangay chairman, law
enforcement officer, at least three concerned
responsible citizens in the same place where the
pornography occurs, and a person who is
knowledgeable of the law may do so.

This act promotes environmental awareness
through environmental education. Various
educational agencies, DSWD, DOST, and DENR
shall integrate environmental education in their
curricula.

HIV- Human immunodeficiency virus
What is AIDS? AIDS is the late stage of HIV
infection that occurs when the body’s immune
system is badly damaged because of the virus.
Without HIV medicine, people with AIDS typically survive
about 3 years. Once someone has a dangerous opportunistic
illness, life expectancy without treatment falls to about 1
year. HIV medicine can still help people at this stage of
HIV infection, and it can even be lifesaving.

disease
