DIGITAL ART COMMISSION AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into as of [Date], (the "Effective Date"), by and between:

(hereinafter referred to as the "Artist")

and

(hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

Collectively, the Artist and the Client shall be referred to as the "Parties."

1. SCOPE OF WORK

The Artist agrees to create a digital art piece for the Client, described as follows: [Description of
the project, including specifications, dimensions, and any other relevant details.]

2. TIMELINE

The Artist agrees to deliver the completed digital art piece to the Client on or before [Delivery
Date]. The Client agrees to provide timely feedback and approvals as necessary to meet the
deadline.

3. COMPENSATION

In consideration for the services provided, the Client agrees to pay the Artist a total fee of
[Amount] USD. The payment will be made in the following manner: [Payment schedule, such as a
deposit, progress payments, and final payment details.]

4. OWNERSHIP AND USAGE RIGHTS

Upon receipt of full payment, the Artist grants the Client exclusive, non-transferable rights to use
the digital art piece for personal or commercial purposes. However, the Artist retains the right to
display the artwork in their portfolio and use it for self-promotion.

5. REVISIONS

The Client is entitled to [Number of Revisions] revisions of the digital art piece. Additional
revisions may be subject to an additional fee, to be agreed upon by both Parties.

6. CANCELLATION

Either Party may terminate this Agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any
material term of this Agreement. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to compensate the
Artist for the work completed up to the termination date.
7. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both Parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information disclosed
during the course of this project.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
