Includes : H&M and P&I Insurances as per current Owner’s fleet cover for tug

Excludes : H&M and P&I Insurances as per current Owner’s fleet cover for barge

: All local licenses, navigation license, all operating permits,

import/export permits, and any other areas of operation, other
consumables. Any class exemptions, immersion suits, BP test renewals

: Costs for MOD, MOHA, INSA, SPL (Indian domestic shipping license),
other permits required that rise out of this charter shall be for the

 Charterer’s account and shall be the Charterer’s responsbilitiy to
provide. Owners can assist with the provision of documents for
application.

: Agency fees, Pilotage and Port Clearances for vessel prior to arrival in
Mumbai port and any other permits and licenses required by Indian
authorities to operate in India. MWS Inspection. Time and cost for
importation/exportation.

: All other customs, bonds, levies & taxes (WHT, VAT etc.)

: Any modification to suit charterers’ requirements and project specific

requirements

: All other usual exclusions under a bareboat or time charter for vessels
and crews, other licenses and cabotage related requirements

Area of Operations : Mumbai, India

Commencement : As per above, exact date to be mutually agreed

Charter Period : As per table above

Delivery/Redelivery : Delivery: As per above

Redelivery: As per above

Mob/Demob : As per above. NOR will be issued upon tug and barge arrival at
Mumbai anchorage. Tug and barge will go on-hire thereafter (if tug is
taken with barge). If barge alone taken, demurrage of USD 36k pdpr
will be in effect until barge is handover, whereby thereafter barge is
on-hired and demurrage stops.

Payment Terms : TBA

On/Off Hire Survey : By a jointly appointed independent surveyor

Time and costs for survey to be shared equally (50/50)

Arbitration : In Singapore and in accordance with the rule of SCMA. 1 arbitrator

Singapore laws to apply, English Language

Insurance : Any additional premium that may be incurred due to a change in the
current Insurance coverage in order to meet Charterers’ operational
requirements or due to any additional covers required at Charterer’s
request shall be for Charterer’s account.

Other terms and conditions as per BIMCO Bargehire 2021 and Supplytime 2017 mutually agreed.

Specifications of the proposed vessels are attached.

Above offer is valid for 30 days from the date herein but always subject to the availability of the proposed vessels
at the time of confirmation. Acceptance of charter is subject to Owner’s BOD approval and agreement on contract
details.
