SPECIFIC EMERGENCY PROCEDURE OF FOUNDATION FOR

TRANSMISSION LINE TOWERS AND EXCAVATION WORKS

For the specific rescue procedure for tower foundation and excavation works
which associate in the confined space,working @ height.

The first and foremost good and intact communication process is a must. It is
very important to include plans outlining on how it communicate it effectively to
remove the injured person and the like from the site,namely the following.

* Active cellphone numbers of a person in charge in the working area including


rescue personnel.

If someone gets hurts or even collapse while working inside confined space the
immediate rescue procedure are the following namely,

* Make sure that there is standby manual fulling which will attached to the harness
for the immediate response but before entering to the (CS) Authorized Gas Tester
must be present during the rescue procedure. (AGT) must issued the GO signal after
the test was done whether someone are permitted to enter or not to enter.

Excavation plan must be considered too by providing suitable tools and equipment
like fire extinguisher to prevent the fire from spreading and it required to barricade
the working areas which contain hazardous substances to inform the public by
posting or putting required signage's.

*When working in or around excavations all must be aware of the potential for
collapse & engulfment based on OUR CASE TO CASE activities.

* Barricade must be erected to identify and isolate workers from open excavations

*Daily inspection of open excavation should be done.
