The Alumni and Bro. Eze Chinazam Emmanuel (Chapter President) talked about the issues of Oji river, their fellowship not
holding for the past four months due to different time for I.T and other activities. An Alumni adviced that outreach should be
conducted for the fellowship (Oji River and Eha-Amufu) to look into their issues. Bro. Bright Ekeh said everyone should be
reaching out to Oji River branch. Bro. Eze Chinazam Emmanuel (Chapter President) pleaded with All the fellowship
presidents to pray for Oji river and Eha- Amufu branch.
Reading of the Minutes: It was read by Bro. Nwodika Onyeka (Chapter General Secretary)
Correction/ Observation: Bro. Nebe Kingsley (National Vice President) made correction on the letter head and asked why
the phone number and account number is not included. Bro. Nebe Kingsley said the letter head is not the format that the
zonal indicated for use. Bro. Bright Ekeh said it is the 2018/2019 format that is the approved format to be used.
Bro. Jerry said that he spoke with the Chapter General Secretary and told him to remind him of the letter head in order to
edit it.
All correction made on page 6, 8 and 9 where properly addressed and corrected.
Zonal Report:
Bro Eze Chinazam Emmanuel (Chapter President) said the Zonal fellowship meeting/handover will be held at Imo state on
the 24th- 26th November, 2023.
Branch Report
FCE EHA-AMUFU: The report was presented by Sis Uguwanyi Juliet (FCE EHA-AMUFU President)
Reaction: The account details is not included in the letter head, and was advised to include it, for easy access and for
support. In their financial report, the money that was handed over to them was #8,000 and what they have now is #1,880.
Apostle Benjamin Chukwujekwu adviced that the students should rather preach or invite their alumnis to preach than
inviting too many guest speakers in other to reduce expenses. Eha-Amufu account balance is not encouraging said Sis. Okoli
Adanna (Zonal Financial Secretary).
FCDTT &T:
The report was read by the Bro. Emesiani Tochukwu (FCDT &T president). They paid #7,850 tithe of income
UNN:
The report was read by Bro. Samuel Anaezichukwuihe (UNN President). Apostle Benjamin Chukwujekwu said that all
branches should always carry Chapter along in their electoral process. The Alumni commended their online activities such as
Facebook, Whatsapp and adviced other branches to emulate. The president said the online activities has helped them gain
more support and income.
Their tithe of income from July to October has not been paid said Sis. Agodi Chidinma (Chapter Financial Secretary). The
Alumni instructed that before 5th of November the tithe of income should be paid (#64,123.736)
Also the ASF bus is damage and it will cost them to repair it. So they are planning to buy a new bus.
UNEC:
The report was read by Bro. Eze Emmanuel Ogechukwu (UNEC President). The Chaplain and the fellowship now works
together to put into consideration, the venue due to the attack on the fellowship that led to 2 television stolen and the lives
of the members at risk. From their financial report the money at hand reduced compared to what was handed over to them.
Also every third Sunday of the month, the JCCB take 60% of the offering and the fellowship take 40%. The president said
before their handover the money in the fellowship account will increase. Tithe of income to be paid is #67,000.
ESUT-AGBANI:
The report was read by Bro. Peter Eze (ESUT President). He said lecturers fix classes and lectures on the days for fellowship
which affects the running of the fellowship. He said the musical instruments and bus are faulty. The tithe of income to be
paid is #6,170. Their quota #22,000 has been paid to chapter. Their financial report was not accepted. They were instructed
to correct it and send the soft copy to the whatsapp platform.
ESUTH-PARKLANE: The report was presented by Sis. Ezewuco Mmesoma (ESUTH-PARKLANE Vice President/Sister's
Coordinator). The Alumni spoke about their finance. Bro. Eze Chinazam Emmanuel ( Chapter President) said the recent
inconsistent support from their senior friends is affecting their branch finance. Apostle Benjamin Chukwujekwu said that
presidents are to have solution to everything. He also said "what will help you as a leader is adequate management".
ESCET:
The report was read by Sis. Edeoga Blessing (ESCET President). A senior friend encouraged that evangelism is to be
conducted in ESCET and also there should be a fellow up on the students and members, by providing banners, fliers and
Money for them. Tithe of income to be paid is #600.
IMT: The report was read by Sis. Ifebuchechukwu (IMT President). Bro. Moses(former IMT President) pleaded with the
chapter to reduce their quota.
UNTH:
The report was read by the Vice president/Sister's coordinator. Their financial report was commended. The president

complained of the inconsistency of some excos. Tithe of income to be paid to chapter is #27, 929.
Declaration of Chapter Theme: the theme "THE LIVING WATER" in accordance with national and zonal was declared by Bro.
Eze Chinazam Emmanuel (Chapter President). Bro. Eze Chinazam Emmanuel apologized for not presenting the chapter
program. He said it will be sent to the platform in once it is ready.
