• The next technique in karate is the punch movement or what we can call the term zuki. This basic movement is also the most important basic
movement for karatedo.
• Kick This technique is one of the vital techniques where the kick movement technique can also be used when attacking an opponent in addition to
relying on the use of punches.
• Uke or parry is also required when dealing with opponents in the fighting area and in this parry movement.
• To do so, the body position needs to be slightly sideways or at least in line with the stance.
