Overall, there are seven steps in this process starting from the banana trees being planted
and ending with bananas being sold to the public.

The process starts with growing phase, bananas grow from nine to twelve months and at
25-30·C, with lots of rain. Then they are cut by worker when still green in picking
stage .After that bananas are checked and the good in quality is kept and the bad ones are
thrown away by workers in checking stage.

To begin with, bananas are first grown outdoors for a period of 9 to 12 months, providing
that they have access to a lot of water. Before undergoing a quality check, bananas are cut
by workers while they are still green. Then, bananas of good quality are kept for further
processing, while the bad ones are discarded.

Following, bananas are delivered by ship with fridge temperature of 13. 3·C from shipping
point, bananas are kept in special rooms where they become yellow after resting
phase .Bananas are then delivered to supermarkets by trucks and finally being brought to the
customers the best-quality bananas.

Furthermore, bananas are kept in cold storage at 13.3oC inside shipping containers which
are then transported overseas. Once the bananas reach the destination, they are stored in
warehouses until they ripen. Finally, trucks deliver them to supermarkets for consumption.
