iv. Cutting, Welding, Hot Work program
v. Electrical safe work practices
vi. Safety violation disciplinary action procedure
vii. Hazard Communication Program
viii. Job Safety Assessment Procedure
ix. Safety inspection and auditing
x. Inspection procedures for motorized equipment, electrical equipment, ladders,
etc.
xi. Tools and Tackle inspection procedure
xii. Job specific training documentation.
xiii. Certifications for skilled tasks such as heavy equipment/Motorised
Equipment operation, crane operation, First Aid/CPR, Welding,
Scaffold erection etc.
xiv. Medical surveillance, where applicable
xv. Process for investigating accidents and correcting deficiencies

Contractor must have a robust Environmental, Health & Safety Management system (EHS MS) in place with well-
defined EHS policy and demonstrate that it is implemented effectively. It should typically cover the following
elements.
 Leadership and commitments
 Policies and strategic objectives
 Evolution and risk management
 Planning and Procedures
 Implementing and monitoring
 Auditing and review
