Terms & Conditions of Sale

1 Price: Price quoted DOES NOT include any GST incurred by Malaysia Government (if applicable).
2 Validity: 30 days from date of quotation otherwise to confirm for extension.
3 Payment Terms: Full payment of equipment upon delivery and monthly Progressive Claim with 30 days Term
4 Delivery Time: 4-5 weeks from date of official order received.
5 Project Completion : Subject to site readiness and drawing approval.
6 Warranty: 12 months from date of commissioning or 16 months from date of delivery, whichever expires earlier.
7 Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges of 30% on the total amount of purchase order will be imposed on the order that is cancelled from the date of confirmation with purchase order
