# Secondary School No. 31 was established
in 1982. It was founded with 56 teachers,
over 1100 students, and 18 employees. The
school is known for its excellence in
mathematics and foreign languages, and is
recognized as one of the top public schools
in Mongolia. In the academic year 2003-
2004, a specialized class in Informatics was
introduced, taught by national and local
trainers, as well as experienced teachers.
In 2004, School No. 31 was selected as the
affiliated school supporting UNESCO's
activity in Mongolia. As part of this
commitment, on November 7, 2006, a 5-year
agreement was signed between School No.
31 and "Sieen" Secondary School of the
Republic of Korea to establish a friendly
mutual relationship between Mongolian
public schools. As part of the program, a
total of 21 students from School No. 31
visited South Korea in 3 rounds.
