In cases where a Mudaraba Account is closed prior to the applicable Profit ‫ ﻓﺈن اﻟﻤﺘﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻳﻮاﻓﻖ‬،‫ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎل إﻏﻼق ﺣﺴﺎﺑﺎت اﻟﻤﻀﺎرﺑﺔ ﻗﺒﻞ ﺗﺎرﻳﺦ دﻓﻊ ا‰رﺑﺎح اﻟﻨﺎﻓﺬ‬
Payment Date, the Customer agrees that it shall not be entitled to receive the ‫ﻋﻠﻰ أﻧﻪ ﻻ ﻳﺤﻖ ﻟﻪ ﺗﺴﻠﻢ ﺷﻲء ﻣﻦ ا‰رﺑﺎح اﻟﻤﺤﻘﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ رأس ﻣﺎل اﻟﻤﻀﺎرﺑﺔ ﺑﺨﺼﻮص‬
