Task 1 – Write about one experience where you received good and poor customer .

Good – In River Island on display there was a really nice dress so I went to the store to try and find my size I could not find
it so I went to worker and asked her for help so she started searching for my size and when she couldn’t find it she told me
she will order a new batch and alert me when the dress comes in my size and speed ordered it so a week later I go to the shop
again and I ask the store clerk for Stacy and told him that she ordered a dress for me and he was like oh yes and went to get
the dress and even complimented my style.

Bad – In TK max I saw a really nice jacket so I went to a worker and asked her for help she told me that she was busy (when
she was just on her phone) and didn’t have time to help a little girl with her problems and that I should just run along and
went back to texting and when she saw me standing there still she threatened to tell her manager that I was bothering her and
have me kicked out of the store. I never went back there again.
