transformational leadership styles. They are more likely to epitomize what’s good in the
organization and inspire people to go along with its mission, compared with men. Female
leadership communication styles from the perspective of employees": This study explores the
communication styles of female leaders from the employees' perspective. It reveals that female
leaders demonstrate a mix of transformational, transactional, and participative leadership styles.

According to Renk and Creasy (2003) and Dyson and Renk (2006) that the corresponding age of
university education period is 18-20years. .
