Subject: Proposal for YAM Night Fellowship

Dear Pastor Amoin,

Greetings!

to you a proposal for an event that we believe holds immense impact for our congregation's Young Adult
Ministry: YAM Night.

YAM Night, short for Young Adult Ministry Night, is envisioned as an overnight fellowship and
empowerment for the young adults within our church community. As our young adults continues to grow
and evolve, it is vital that we provide meaningful opportunities for our young adults to connect, grow
spiritually, and support one another on their faith journeys.

Objectives of YAM Night:

1. To encourage and strengthen each other for spiritual growth and deepening of faith.
2. To build relationships and foster a sense of belonging among our young adults.
3. To equip young adults with God’s word for navigating life's challenges.

Pastor, we firmly believe that YAM Night has the potential to make a profound impact on the lives of our
young adults in the church with God’s help. By providing a space for fellowship, growth, and
empowerment, we can help our young adults feel supported and equipped to live out their faith in today's
world.

you can offer in its planning and execution. Your leadership, wisdom, and prayers are invaluable to us,
