SEARCH WARRANT

TO ANY OFFICER OF THE LAW:

It appeared to the satisfaction of the undersigned, after examination under oath PCINSP
RONIE ABENIA and his witnesses, VEVIEN ABONG. that there are good and
sufficient probable cause to believe that RHOAN ALEJANDRINO, RAFFY
BALDICER,ALIAS RAPRAP, & JAOCESAR BARON ALIAS HILO have in their
possession and direct control illegal drugs and drugs paraphernalia in his house located
at purok kamote, Brgy. Tuburan, EB Magalona, Negros Occidental, which house
was particularly described as follows: a house made of half concrete & half amakan,
with GI sheets roofing, two rooms and a kitchen and beside their house is a nipa hut,
where illegal drugs are believed to be kept in Violation of Sec. 13, Art. II, RA 9165.

You are hereby commanded to make an immediate search at any time of the day or
night the body of said persons, their personal belongings and premises of their house
and forthwith to seize and take possession the personal items/properties to wit:

a Undetermined Quantity of Methamphetamine Hydrochloride (SHABU)

b. Aluminum foils, totters, lighters, scissors, weighing scale, plastic transparent sachets
and other illegal drug paraphernalia,
c. Other items, instruments or tools in furtherance to their illegal drugs transactions or
related to above-mentioned items.
which are being used or intended to be used as the means of committing said offense.
Hence, these materials should be seized and brought before this court to be dealt with
as the law directs.

Valid only for ten (10) days.
