1.6 General regulations of the company

Article 1: Fire prevention and fighting are the obligations of every worker.
Article 2: Each worker must actively prevent fires from occurring and, at the same time,
prepare forces and means to promptly and effectively fight fires when needed.
Article 3: Must be cautious in using fire, heat sources, chemicals and flammable
substances, toxic items, and radiation protection, and thoroughly comply with regulations
on fire prevention and fighting.
Article 4: Arbitrary use of electricity is prohibited. After working hours, you must check
electricity-consuming devices. Pay attention to lights, fans, and electric stoves before
leaving. Do not place goods or supplies close to the side of the lamp or power cord. Must
strictly comply with regulations on safe techniques for using electricity.
Article 5: Supplies and goods must be neatly arranged, ensuring a safe distance for fire
prevention and fighting, and creating favorable conditions for protection, inspection, and
rescue when necessary. Do not use keys to open gasoline drum lids or flammable solvents
made of iron or steel.
Article 6: When delivering and receiving goods, the vehicle must not start the engine in a
warehouse or a place containing a lot of flammable substances. When parked, the front of
the vehicle must face outward.
Article 7: On walkways, especially emergency exits, do not leave obstacles.
Article 8: Units or individuals with achievements in fire prevention and fighting will be
rewarded. Those who violate the above provisions will be handled through administrative
disciplinary action or legal prosecution, depending on the severity of their responsibilities
under current law.

The bank operates from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. All banks are off
on Saturdays and Sundays. Working hours start from 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 1:30
p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Working hours may change according to the bank's regulations and
based on compliance with the law and the employee's current position. Employees are
entitled to holidays and New Year holidays by state regulations.

PART 2: THE CONTENT OF THE INTERNSHIP


2.1 The internship process

3.3 What to be learned from the regulations and office etiquettes
What can students learn from the regulations on labor regulations, Fire Fighting and
Prevention, hygiene and working environment, labor safety, eating, and resting at the unit
where they are interning?
+ The rules are clear, easy to understand, fair, and safe for everyone. The working space
as well as the restrooms are always clean; fun and friendly working environment. There
are spacious and cool places to eat and rest.
 What did students learn about working style and company culture compared to when they
were studying at the School?
+ Working style is agile, serious, neat, and always on time. Work at work, play at play,
don't make noise that affects others, and don't do private things while working. Must
comply with company principles.
 Without this knowledge, can employees work long and effectively at this company?
Analyze to clear that importance.
3.4 Expertise improvement, profession and work experience at the internship place through
the practical internship process
 What did the student do and not do during the internship at the company?
 What do students learn and improve from the practical internship process in general and
