JOB DESCRIPTION

NAME & Position Title: Data Entry Operator

Function:

Reporting to: Production Manager

Location: Production A block

Brief Job Description:

 Making production plan (planning sheet excel)

 Making all production Related reports (master sheet exce,breakdown reportl)
 Always making new strategies for improvements and growth.
 Communicate effectively with team members and senior management
 Giving regular updates to senior management.
 Maintaining proper Rejection data.(Rejection sheet excel)
 Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless flow of plans.
 Maintaining proper stock details of FG & SFG.(fgtn report excel)
 Tracking all dispatch details of goods and maintaining inventory.
 Maintain accurate Records, Reports, and documentation related to production and dispatches.
 Responsible for sending all Requisitions for procurement.(requstion slip hard copy)
GMP & GHK

 Ensuring the workplace is safe and follows the safety standards.
