NAME & Position Title: Shift In-charge

Function:

Reporting to: Production Manager

Location: Production A Block

Brief Job Description:

Production

 Ensure production Efficiency shift wise.(excel sheet shift report)

 Communication regarding the requirement of Contract Manpower with the HR team.
 Coordination in helper and production team if it is necessary.
 Properly maintain and monitor shift schedule and production Plan execution.(planning sheet,shift
schedule)
 Monitoring & Execution of required RMPM for their shift.(requisition slip)
 Ensure all quality parameters are as per the defined standard for the allotted shift.
 Ensure daily checklist parameters of machines as well as products.
 Ensure helper training as per requirement. (traing sheet)
 Ensure Daily reporting system as a system requirement.
 Ensure mold change, color change, and logo change within the specified time without damage in his
shift.
 Ensure verification sticker labeling on the box in the allotted shift.
 Monitoring rejection and RP consumption.(grinding rtegister,rejection


 register)
 Maintain all production reports as per ISO audit.(all production report)

GMP & GHK

 Ensure Machine, surrounding Area, lumps, caps, Mix cap, proper stacking of Box, sticker Labeling &
and cleaning of surrounding area. Use corrugated boxes for finished Caps only.

Educational Qualification:
 BTECH(mechanical)

Work Experience and Skills Required:

 0-1yr experience in compression line.
 Basic knowledge of MS-Excel, E-Mail, MS Word.
 Basic knowledge of English.
