 What is being studied?

A survey was conducted using the DCOVA framework to gather

data regarding the difference between male & females’
knowledge & feelings towards stuttering

A sample of 50 individuals was selected from 298 respondents (population)

through a simple random selection using a random number generator

This way everyone has an equal chance of being selected

 Process of choosing the sample

The sample consisted of:

3 age groups: 21-30, 31-40, 41+

Both genders: 25 males & 25 females

One academic level: Bachelor's degree

Females are more educated on stuttering

Males’ answers were more rigid, whereas

females showed more empathy
